Kelli Parker is a founding member of Circles Salt Lake, where she brings both expertise and passion to the work of building community and supporting families. With a degree in Communication and a Lifetime Bridges Out of Poverty certificate, she helps lead efforts in connection, promotion, and community growth. Her professional experience includes public relations, event planning, training, and volunteer management, with a consistent focus on initiatives that address poverty and create meaningful change. Outside of her professional life, Kelli finds her greatest joy in her family.
